    Jack (HU JIE) is a senior lawyer, a partner in ZhuoJian ShenZhen Office, and an outside legal counsel for several famous companies and financial institutions. Before joining ZhuoJian, he was the managing partner in GuanJie law firm. Mr. Hu worked as a judge in a local court for more than 15 years in earlier years. Therefore, he is very familiar with China's court structure, process, and legal affairs of government.
    Shawn (HU SHUAI) is a senior lawyer, Chief lawyer in ZhuoJian LongHua Office. He graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law (Bachelor of Law), Penn State Law USA (National Public Scholar). He has years of working experience in a red circle law firm and also worked in Shenzhen intermediate court. He joined Zhuo Jian Law Firm (Shenzhen) in 2019. His main areas cover civil, commercial litigation, corporation legal services, personal affairs and international trade. He has provided legal services for dozens of large and medium-sized enterprises and clients from more than 30 countries.
